FAQ

Can my vehicle be delivered?
Come and visit us at our site in Oundle to collect your vehicle, alternatively, leave it up to us to arrange delivery at a time of your choosing.

Is my vehicle under warranty?
Because most lease deals typically run for less than three years and the majority of major manufacturers provide at least a three-year warranty, your can should be covered if anything goes wrong!

Who is responsible for the Tax and MOT of my leased vehicle?
All of our lease deals factor in Road Tax as part of the Lease agreement.
New vehicles in the UK do not need an MOT until they are at least three years old. As a result, if our lease agreement is less than three years, your vehicle shouldn’t need one until after the terms of our lease have expired.

Who is responsible for the vehicle Insurance?
Insurance is the responsibility of the leaseholder, just make sure you tell your insurance the vehicle is leased through us. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an incident whilst under the terms of the lease, please contact your insurance provider, and they should do the rest.

What happens at the end of lease term?
When the agreed lease term comes to an end, simply hand the car back and we’ll handle the rest.

What additional charges could I be subject to?
You may be subject to additional charges if the vehicle exceeds the agreed upon milage limit for the lease term or if the vehicle is subject to excessive damage beyond expected wear and tear. Please visit our terms and conditions for details.

Can I purchase my leased vehicle at the end of the lease term?
The potential and cost of purchasing your leased vehicle at the end of the lease term will vary depending on contract terms. Please contact us today to find out more.
